AN IDEA BORN FROM EXPERIENCE AND COMMITMENT
Founded by our president Jon Burford in March of 2004, Caperion began as a home based business serving small organizations
in Palm Beach County, Florida. With engineering and computer science degrees, a slew of technical certifications, 14 years
experience in the industry and a passion for perfection he set out to take what he had learned working for "the other guys" to the
next level.
With this foundation Caperion has grown to be a full service IT support company. Even with partnerships among the world's
largest hardware and software manufacturers, distributors and specialized support providers we still believe that every customer
has particular needs. And through the years we have realized those needs, one customer at a time.
The strategy is simple, we do business with the same customers daily, developing relationships and providing solutions. With this
business model we will only succeed when our customers succeed. And the vision continues.
